Step through the door to the bright and welcoming conservatory. With a dining table for up to six guests, it’s the ideal place to enjoy meals together while overlooking the beautiful garden.

Adjacent to the conservatory is a bathroom with a stand alone shower, basin and WC, finished with elegant brushed brass fittings for a timeless touch.

The ground floor features a stylish bedroom complete with a double bed, dressing table, built-in wardrobe and Smart TV, providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Upstairs you’ll find two further bedrooms. The first offers a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bedside table and Smart TV. The second bedroom features a single bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and Smart TV. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully furnished with ample storage and stylish décor to ensure a relaxing stay.

The upstairs bathroom is equally inviting, featuring a stunning freestanding bath with a floor-mounted tap and handheld shower fitting, along with a basin, WC and complimentary luxury toiletries.

At the bottom of the garden, the games room offers entertainment for guests of all ages. Equipped with a dartboard, mini pool table, board games, record player, children’s play area and a cosy reading corner, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, whatever the weather.
